After serving in the United States Navy, Mr. Santana transitioned into the real estate and hospitality industries, gaining experience in property management, business operations, and investment strategy. Drawing on both his military discipline and entrepreneurial vision, he founded JCIG with the ambition of shaping enduring communities that seamlessly unite architecture, nature, and strategic investment to create environments designed to thrive for generations.
Christopher E. Spivey
Chief Engineer
With over a decade in experience, Mr. Spivey provides JCIG with industry leading talent. Certified and skilled in HVAC systems, electrical engineering, and commercial plumbing techniques. His extensive knowledge of structural building codes and specialization in resort facilities oversight, mechanical systems diagnosis, and project management, makes Christopher one of JCIG's greatest assets.
